Step 1
Find anything that captures images: camera phone, professional fancy camera, disposable camera, webcam or be hipster and use old fashioned film.
Step 2
Really look at the world. Notice that it’s pretty weird. Document this weirdness with a camera.
Step 3
Look for odd shapes. Use the camera to see everyday things in a completely different way. Does a lamp stand look like the Eiffel Tower? What abstract shapes can you make from a tree? What happens when you photo the inside of a colander in front of a desk lamp?
Step 4
Stage absurd scenes. Put a chair in a bath. Get your Dad to pose with it. Reading the newspaper. Wearing flying goggles? Great idea!
